 I leave Miss Dahlia Ketchums’ house early the next day.

At my command the **** uses her power to teleport us to Nurse Joys Center on the other side of the gauntlet. I am pleased to see Joy again. She seems very accomplished in the area of customer service and she clearly has an excellent bedside manner. I press her with questions about PSYCHIC tm. She responds politely but cannot help me. I do not desist, however, and I draw looks of suspicion from the assistant chancy. Eventually Nurse Joy points out that some know-it-alls meet every day at the computers, right around lunchtime. I don’t have many credits to my name but I stop by the snack bar and put together some kind of breakfast. As I chew over the alien berry confection and wait for the crowd to arrive an interesting sight comes into view.
