She's willing to help, for a price

"So, having fun with your new parts little brother?" Karen asks with a smirk.

"What? No!" Dean protests blushing furiously "Shit, this isn't fucking funny Karen. Look at me, I'm a fucking freak. A guy with a fucking cunt. Help me fix this or get off my fucking case."

"Aw poor baby doesn't like his outie turning into an innie," she says with a mocking pout "Personally I think it suits you, you always were kind of a pussy."

Dean just glares at her arms folded waiting for her to get to the point.

"So I've been thinking about it..." she says

"Here it comes..." Dean thinks

"I think I can probably help you with your little problem." she tells him "but I want you to help me out with a few things first."

"And there it is" Dean thinks.

As much as Karen likes to cultivate her good girl image Dean knows from personal experience she has a mean streak. He is sure whatever "help" she wanted would not be pleasant for him. He is equally sure she really has worked out a way to help him. As annoying as she can be he has to admit she is way smarter than him. Maybe he should just do whatever it is she wants...
