Karen is there

Dean sits up his head still spinning from the shock, his pants are around his ankles and his legs are splayed open showing off his brand new genitals before he can cover up the door bursts open and Karen comes in looking concerned.

"Dean are you okay?" she says "I heard a crash and then you didn't answer I thought... "

She looks at him then she looks between his legs then back at him. Her voice is surprisingly calm as she asks "Um Dean why do you have a vagina?"

Dean doesn't want to answer but he can't help himself he pours out the whole sorry story. about going to the mall, about stealing the ring that now won't come off and about how he now's seems compelled to obey anything she says including it seems her off hand remark about him trying having a period.

"Well little brother that is quite a tale" she says as he finally stops talking "If I hadn't seen the evidence with my own eyes I wouldn't believe it.
