Bigger boobs

She considers for a moment, and says, "Well, I've always wanted bigger breasts. I'm not bad at staying trim, but it's one thing past boyfriends have complained about." She sees no reason to lie to him, and she is curious what he would say when her breasts don't grow. Or maybe his delusion will cause him to think she was even smaller before? She almost laughs at the near impossibility of them being smaller.

"Okay, let's see what we can do to make them a little larger. And what size are you now?" John asks, not opening his eyes.

"32 AA."

"And now?"

She rolls her eyes and looked down. Her breasts are probably too covered by her shirt and jacket for John to see that her chest hasn't changed. If his powers were real, she'd notice an incongruity with reality. For example, her past boyfriends and lovers had always been so happy with her breasts. If they had been a different size like he suggested, she would have gotten some complaints. But her breasts are the same as ever. Looking down, she still can't see her lap over her large, jacket covered mounds, but can still see her knees. Same view. "Nothing different. Still a 36 D. But was this supposed to make me happier? I like my breasts the way they are."

John lets out a little huff of exasperation. "Fine, don't believe me. But this is still another win-win for both of us. You get bigger tits, and I get a more attractive therapist."

"Don't be rude, John. Remember, we're working on your people skills. And besides, doesn't this provide evidence that your powers don't work? If you want a more attractive therapist, why aren't I that already?"

Now he opens his eyes and looks over at her. She notices his eyes lingering on her cleavage and it sends a little thrill through her. She likes showing a little chest, and picked out the kind of shirts that make it easy. "There has to be some will to make the change. Not much, and it can be an accident, but if everything I wanted deep down was reality, we'd have a very different world. Probably a more boring one, if I'm being honest. What's fun without conflict? Now, do you want to be more attractive?"
