Phone call from the boyfriend

Should you have woken up submerged in an ocean of guilt and shame? Because you woke up in the best mood you had since arriving at university. It was pretty early too, early enough that the boys hadn't woken up yet. Catrin was awake already, playing with your hair, she didn't seem burdened by regret either. Maybe it _isn't _really cheating if it's with a girl? Okay, that's bullshit, you admit to yourself at last, that you didn't care that you cheated; it was hot and it felt good! You both agreed, however, that it would be best that you went back to your bed before the lads clocked on to what happened. That is, if James didn't already know by hearing you two. That's when he called.

"Hey baby, it's a bit early don't you think I'm just getting out of bed?" You lie. It wasn't that hard.

"Sasha, that snapchat you sent me last night wasn't in your room, where were you? What were you doing?"

"Ohhh right, I'm sorry that must have been confusing," you try to figure out a way to buy some time, you can't just tell him your flatmate went down on you because he couldn't satisfy you, could you? "I didn't want to tell you because I felt a bit silly, but basically me and Cat got a bit high and I didn't want to be talking to you in the state i was in, I got quite depressed and didn't want to bring you down too, and she was comforting me. I'm sorry for not telling you, I hope you're okay.." A pause..

"You know I don't think that stuff is good for you.." prude, "but I'm glad there was someone there for you when you were down, I just wish you'd trust me to try and help sometimes you know, I can take care of you, that's what love is" _First of all, cringe, second of all, prove you can take care of me? _Why are you putting on this internal attitude towards him though? You're the one who's cheated? You confuse yourself sometimes.

"So you're not mad at me?" You ask.

"No no not at all, I was just worried that there was something off about the snap, it all makes sense though now I feel an idiot! Right I'd better go now though, I have work and all, so I'll catch you later hun okay? Love you" He hangs up. Little did he know how close to the truth he was! You giggle a little to yourself, and then realise that you are laughing at the fact that your boyfriend wasn't smart enough to figure you cheated on him. Perhaps the signs weren't there. But still...

The rest of your weekend goes past rather uneventfully, the odd tense look between yourself, James and Catrin may have put you in an awkward spot here and there, but no more encounters came of it.
