"Let you have something to wear?" Megan looked at Candy with exaggerated confusion. "Candy, did you tell her she could have something to wear?"

"No, I don't believe I did," purred Candy. "I told her that if she didn't do what we wanted, I would strip her buck naked right here."

"Well, there you have it." said Megan. "Carrot and stick - but with a little less carrot and a little more stick. Question is," she stroked her chin, "what do we do with her now?"

Isabel was visibly trembling, her face crimson. She wanted more than anything to cover her breasts, but the menacing tugging sensation on her bottoms stopped her. Both Megan and Candy seemed to pause as if waiting for her to say something, but she kept quiet for fear of provoking them further.

After a moment's silence, Megan shrugged. "Well, no suggestions from Isabel. What's the matter, Isabel? Not feeling too comfortable?"

"I don't think she is," said Candy, who seemed to be addressing Isabel more than Megan. "She probably wishes she had a shirt. And that her bottoms were all the way up." She snapped the side of Isabel's bottoms playfully, making her wince.
