"Do jumping jacks, then sit ups."

Francine snaps her fingers and the three girls do as I asked! I tell Francine to watch them while I looked through the old trunk where I found the old medical tools. After carefully removing the charts, I rummage around while being careful in case of broken glass and such.

A small leather case caught my eye, and upon opening it I found an unused new set of Dental Mirrors. Plus one of those gags Dentists used to keep the mouth open. Next to those was a weird looking little sack, that had a pump you squeeze. Like when you take your blood pressure.

I bring these things over into the playhouse, then tell the girls to stop. "Will they obey me if I tell them something?" I ask.

Francine nodded and took a step back, as I faced the three. "Girls, inside the Playhouse and line up."

They walked in, without question and stood in a line near the wall. Time for another test.

"Strip to your underwear."

All three disrobed and removed their bras; revealing their breasts. I felt each one...and I quite liked to feel them. "So supple...so firm..."

"You're having fun."

I turn to see Francine smirking in the doorway, she walked up to me with her hips swinging. "I see you've found some other stuff."

I nod and stop touching Chris's breasts. "Not sure what that pump is, through."

A cat-like grin appeared on her face. "I do...it's what some people use to widen their lower holes."

Blood left my face. "That's not..."

"Oh it's possible. I'll show you tomorrow if you'd like?"

"S-Sure...um, can-can you be the nurse? There's something I want to do with Jane and the girls."

She nodded, and I tell Jane to sit on the bed. I grab a flash light and one of the dental mirrors, "Open real wide, Jane."

My sister did so, and I looked inside...then used the dental mirror to see Jane's vocal cords. I have her say 'ah' and watched them move, then touched her uvula. Jane gagged a bit, but kept her mouth open. I did the same thing with Chris and Janet.
