Laurie Gets Even

The boys broke down in hysterics. Laurie snatched back her phone, returned to sitting on the bed, and glared at them both. "That was so horrible, you bastards."

"Ahh, I'm sorry" sighed Dan. He started to laugh again: "But you are a naughty girl Laurie. Or is that Bunny?"

Laurie thumped him on the arm. "Shut up!"

"Where did that story even come from? I'm genuinely impressed."

Despite her scowl, Laurie was drunk enough to see the funny side. But she was also a little shocked at herself: she had never lied like that to Alex, but was so much... easier than she had expected.

"Calm down Bunny" interjected Josh, catching his breath, "Dan, I think it's your turn."

"Dare"

There was a gleam in Laurie's eye, and smirk caught on her lips. "Don't call me that. Dan, your dare is to make out with Josh. For one minute."

In unison they replied: "No way! No fucking way!"

Laurie grinned, and clapped her hands together "Yes fucking way! You didn't let me back out of that last one either!" As she saw the horror on their faces, Laurie wondered if she had pushed them to far, and added "If you guys don't want to play fair, I'm going to bed."

On that note, Dan and Josh turned to each other, communicating with awkward stares. Both took large swigs from their cups, and slowly approached each other in the middle of the room. With a caution so at odds with their demeanour that night, they began to kiss.

As Laurie watched, she felt the tug of arousal in her stomach again, and a growing warmth between her legs. She thought about how long it had been since that itch had been scratched, and a dark blush coloured her face. She downed her glass of wine. "OK! That was a minute!" Laurie squeaked. Dan and Josh pulled apart with a shudder, and returned to the bed and the chair respectively.

Dan stared at Laurie's crimson face. "You really enjoyed that, didn't you?"

"Just getting even", Laurie sniggered.

Topping up her wine, he replied "Well, it's your turn now."

"Josh was next."

Josh interjected: "We both had to kiss. That definitely counted as a dare for both of us."

Laurie sipped wine and shrugged: "Whatever."
