Cashier

"Alex, we'll take it easy today. You'll just stand at the cashier and collect money for us today. Call me if you need help. I'll be serving customer when they are in."

"Thanks, Julie."

At around lunchtime, streams of customer started coming in. Some of the customers were teenagers with their parents, looking to buy their first bra. Others were adults, buying bras for themselves or their daughter. I did my job to the best due-diligence I could do.

After the crowd starts to die down, Julie brought back burgers for all 3 of us. We sat down together and have lunch at the cashier area. She introduced her to her sales assistant for 2 years, Christina.

"What do you want to do when you graduate?" Christina asked.

"I would like to be an engineer and perhaps a superhero to save the world," you joked.

After the lunch, the shop was still relatively empty until late afternoon.

Three of us did some packing and we closed the shop at the end of the day.

"Alex, follow me to my office, I want to give you your appraisal for your first day of work." Julie ordered.
