It is a total disaster!

Seconds before the camera started rolling on his final scene, Jack injected the **** into his neck. Instantly, he felt strong and powerful, ready to take on the world. For the first ten minutes of filming, he was on fire, fucking Anna with furious skill.

Then he suffered a heart attack and passed out, right in the middle of doing Anna doggy-style. The filming stopped immediately as the crew rushed him to a hospital, where Sam dipped in and out of consciousness for four hours before finally slipping into a coma.
