Tough being away but the date will be awesome

It was a tough week being away from Sam- but she sent you naughty texts and Snaps everyday telling you how much she was ready for your date. You hadn’t told her much about your travel because you wanted to let her know of some of the more exciting parts on your date, because you want to impress her.

It’s Friday so you leave the office pat around 2 PM. As you walk to your car Sam shoots you a text

• “what should I wear?
• “something comfortable- but maybe also bring a swimsuit” you respond.

You are all prepared for your date. You think or at least hope that the two of you can become “official” after tonight.

You pick Sam up and you’re as stunned as always. You barely remember her wearing sandals, short shorts and spaghetti strap tank top because her natural beauty distracts you.

You help her into your car and start to drive.

“So where are we going?” Sam asks

“It’s a suprise, but just trust me- it’s incredible” you respond.

“So how was the big trip? Where did you go? Tell me all about it!” Sam eagerly inquires.

“Well on Tuesday and Wednesday I was in Nashville working with some country music studios on preparing for a few tours that are coming up and on Thursday I was in NYC working with a musical theater production” you respond.

Sam was super excited by your answer “Really whose tours? Which Musical? Tell me! Tell me!”

“Well the big one was I worked with Taylor Swift and her team on her tour and some up and coming guy who i don’t remember- and then in NYC we helped the musical Hamilton on finding a direction forward.”

“Oh my that is exciting, you know I was born in Tennessee! I love Taylor Swift, how is she can I meet her?” Sam asks as giddy as a fan girl teenager.

“We kept it pretty professional, but she is coming to a Halloween party I was also invited to next Saturday. Im sure you could come too- that reminds me if you want to come to New York with me next week the Hamilton crew gave me a couple tickets”

“Oh My God! This is already incredible and we’re only in the car!”

You continue to make small talk before Sam falls asleep in the passenger seat.
