''This is Red, We have a Direct view of the Reach Troops numbers and their Armaments. Impulse, Robin and Wonder Girl stand by for the Greenlight.'' Says Garrett. ''Are you Certain that either of them don't know we're here?'' Asks Bat Girl. ''My Scarab's not picking up any Chatter that suggests that they know we're here, but still be careful, I don't don't want to have to pull your ass out of the fire because of how nice it is.'' Says Garrett Teasingly as he grips Barbara's Ass. ''Look it's time to begin, see you on the other Side.'' Says Barbara as she playfully smacks his Hand away. ''See you Babe, Alright People Get into Position, we've a lot of Heavies in there.'' Says Garrett as he and his Squad get into Position.

(Dissolution of the Light-Reach Partnership)

Garrett was With Superboy, Guardian and Bumblebee. ''Well-Played, Well-Planned, But the Light always has Contingencies.'' Says Savage as the Brain's Brain glows, sealing off the Exits and alerting the League of Shadows that were guarding the Light's Interests there. ''I've had my fill of your interference, Do not expect to Survive.'' Says Savage Threateningly. ''Kill them all, Superboy and Black Tiger may present a Problem, but we'll deal with them when the other Children are bleeding on the Ground.'' Says Savage. ''Still you refer to us as Children, no wonder our Successes mount, you consistently Underestimate us.'' Says Aqualad as Garret Completely Transforms into his Red Beatle Armor, and Blue and the other Team members hidden amongst the League of Shadows present reveal themselves.

Garrett primarily focused on dealing with Black Beatle, as he had a Serious Score to Settle with the Man who impaled him. ''So the little Kitty Meat has become a Beatle has he? If I Kill You then that just means one more agent for the Reach.'' Says Black as he opens the Plasma Cannon on his Chest and goes to fire, but Garrett simply Shape-Shifts an extra Quad of Arms and gives Black Several Cheap Shots and Body Blows to Drain his Stamina, and to Give Garrett an Opening to use Heat Vision on Black's Eyes. ''That .............. Hurt surprisingly, you may just be my Greatest Opponent yet.'' Says Black in a Half-Mocking, Half-Geniune Tone of voice. ''Too bad I can't say the Same , Yet. He's all yours Brother.'' Says Garrett as Green Beatle takes his place.

Soon enough the Fight is over, with all but Klarion, Savage, Luthor, Queen Bee, Black Beatle , The Reach Head Scientist, Ra's Al Ghul and Ubu taken into Custody. 'You have Broken the Light Garrett Caine, uou have Won.' Says Garrett's Scarab. ''No We haven't Won, Broken they May be, but Klarion and Savage are the most powerful Threats amongst the Light.'' Says Garrett. 'Perhaps, but now is the time to Celebrate, enjoy yourself Garrett Caine, for come tomorrow, we will have new issues to contend with.' Says Scarlet. '' You are right, Still, I can't help but feel that This Victory is merely a Distraction from a Bigger unforeseen Threat.'' Says Garrett as he Goes over to BG and Wraps his Arm around her, as they share a brief Kiss. ''What's say we all go and have Dinner somewhere nice to make this Victory more Real? I'm Buying.'' Asks Garrett as nearly everyone agrees to the Plan.

(24 Hours Later)

Garrett and Barbara lay on the Couch as they Watched the News of Captain Atom and Secretary General Tseng ousting the Reach from Earth, as it ended they shared another kiss. ''What's the Matter Garrett? You seem to have a lot on your Mind.'' Asks Barbara. ''It occurs to me that with the Emergence of the Meta-Gene, there will be an Advance in New Powered Heroes and Villains. We may just have to expand the Team a little bit. But that's something to look at a Future Date.'' Says Garrett as he Kisses Barbara's Forehead.
