You try to find a solution

"How is it possible?" you ask her. "You only put it on five times per week, and it's not been that long."

"We were mistaken." Amy says meekly. "It wasn't how many times I put it on that shortened the transformations, it was for how long I had it on. I understood it when I realized the time to become Amy was still getting shorter and shorter."

"Wait, did you notice if the last time you used it before getting stuck, it took the same time to change into Amy and then to change back?" interjects Margaux.

"Umm, maybe." answers Amy, confused. "Why?"

"I have an idea, one that we might as well try, since I don't think there are other options."

"What is it?"

"Have you tried to put your ring on after you became stuck?"

Amy looks at her, even more confused "No, why would I do that anyway?" she asks.

"Because maybe, just maybe, now that it takes less time for you to become a girl than to return to your normal self, the ring works in the opposite way. Meaning that when you put it on, it transorms you into Andy." Margaux explains.

"It seems a long shot, but ok, I'll try." Amy says, before putting on her ring.
