Up to bed

Sam takes a moment to think and then realises that this day has been busy enough as it is, especially having spent half the night travelling here, there's only one sensible option and that's bed.

Slowly and quietly Sam climbs the stairs, pausing for a moment as he passes the bathroom, thinking that a shower would probably be sensible too.

Sleep, sleep was too important. He moves past the bathroom and into his bedroom, stripping off his clothing and standing naked in his room for a moment, well aware that he still has his own and Monica's juices on his body. That doesn't bother him however and he heads to the bed, collapsing onto it, his mind swimming with events, but eventually he drifts off to sleep.
