Relationship safeword

"You've heard of a safeword, right?" Wendy asked.

"Yeah..." he was a little nervous about where this might lead.

"I want you to tell your girlfriend this rule, and follow it perfectly. For the next week, she will have a safeword for dealing with you. Whenever she calls you 'Jackie' you have to stop arguing with her, and do what she says." He obviously didn't like the idea of that. "It's only for a week, and there's a reason for it. Don't tell her this part, but I want you to keep track of how often she calls you Jackie every day."

"You've got to be kidding."

"You agreed to continue therapy with me. This is it."

He clenched his teeth. "Fine." He walked out.

Wendy wasn't sure he'd actually tell his girlfriend about it, and wondered if she should do something.
