Tea and the newspaper.

After bathing Nami got dressed, finished up in the bathroom and stepped outside. As she made her way down to the grass and to a set of garden chairs and a little round table, Sanji turned up just as she sat down. He carried a tray with a teapot full of hot tea, two cups, a newsletter and a bowl of freshly peeled tangerine parts. “Here you go, mademoiselle. I’ve also already fed the “animals”, so you can enjoy your tea in peace and calmth.” the blond cook said with a short bow at the end after arranging everything on the small table. “Thank you, Sanji.” Nami said in a melodious flow.

Then she heard him scream “Whhhhhoooooooaaaaaa, Robin-choooaaaannnn! Good morning! Nice timing, the tea is still hot.”. Nami looked up and saw Robin, dressed in a wavy summer dress, walking up to them and waved. “Robin-nee! Hiya!” she said smiling. Robin smiled back softly and replied “Hi, Nami.” and as Sanji gentlemanly helped her with her chair, she continued “Thank you, Sanji. Good morning. Mmmmmmm, the tea smells nice.”. As Sanji poured the tea he said “It’s a special morning blend to help you wake up, fill you with positive energy and give you a great start of the day. This variety is also aimed at the female body’s inner working to help make it run as smoothly as possible.” Robin and Nami looked at each other and shared a knowing look, then giggle softly as Sanji left them alone.

“Heh”, nami scoffed, “I wouldn’t find it surprising if it helped in some other ways too”.”. Robin laughed and replied “But you can’t ignore the positive effects it has on your inner body. It really makes me feel great. And it tastes delicious too. Mmmmmmmmmm, yum!” Robin purred as she took a sip. They continued to chat and discussed the news together the rest of the morning, only pausing when the guys were done eating and they all came out of the kitchen to get Sunny Go moving again to their next destination. Once Nami set the course, the guys followed her orders and got Sunny moving.

Brook took the wheel, Luffy and Chopper chased eachother around the ship, they heard clinking noises coming from below deck where Usopp and Franky were tinkering, Zoro was half asleep on one of the railings and Nami returned to her chat with Robin. After a while, Luffy suddenly shot himself towards the railing Zoro slept on, almost knocking him into the water (“Oi, Luffy!!!”). “Land! I see an island! Let’s go and check it out!” Everyone came up to the railing to check out the new island and everyone except Ussop (“I think my don’t-go-to-the-new-and-strange-island-disease is playing up…”) agreed that some offboard time would be welcome.

Brook turned the ship toward the island and as the came closer, they saw the island was of the tropical kind, with two identical mountains on one side of the island, each with a bunch of red trees close together on top of them, and a huge, almost triangular cave opening up to the sea. The edge of the cave walls were wavy and made from a red/pinkish stone, leading up into a point under which a round orb seemed to be cut out of the stone. The cave was just big enough for Sunny Go, but on Sanji’s advice, the ship was anchored just before one of the beaches leading up into the jungle. Then the landing party was decided and before they did, Luffy catapulted himself already over the railing into the deep part of the jungle. Shaking their heads, the rest of the crew made their plan.

Brook was busy writing a new song and wanted to work on finishing that, Usopp “remembered he had some important other thing to do on the Sunny”, Robin kindly thanked for the offer but declined, Franky said he would watch over the Sunny, so that left Zoro, Nami, Sanji and Chopper. Sanji wanted to go looking for food anyways, Chopper wanted to refill his healing herb supplies, Zoro could use the off board exercise and Nami...she somehow got drawn to the island by some unknown ****. She also was interested in this island professionally, since this island wasn’t on any map and the logposes didn’t react to it.
