Ranma and the Redhead, Bound by Karma!

Ranma grabbed the bare shoulders of the genie and almost shook her: "Is it true?! Cold water won't change me?! I'll never be a girl again?!"

"Yes, it's true. (Owie.)"

"Now ask her if you're still cursed, Saotome," Naniki said.

"As long as I stay a guy, I can live with a curse!" Ranma said, going to the kitchen sink. He hesitated, afraid one splash would dash all his hopes again.

"You said something about karma, uh...?"

"Mihoshi! Yes, I did!" A book magically appeared in her hands and she began scanning it. "Everybody is connected by karma in one way or another. And, uh, um...Oh, I see. That makes sense. It says here, any changes in a person's life cannot go against their karma."

"The Path of Least Resistance," Kasumi happily said.

"Right!" Mihoshi smiled along with her. "So, the bigger the change, the closer the connection between the souls must be. Sharing somebody's body is way big, I'd say!"

"So, Ranma, in a past life, knew the Chinese girl before she drowned?" Kasumi asked.

"Not just knew her," Nabiki said. "They had a strong bond. Perhaps unbreakable." She turned to Ranma, "I'd hold off wetting yourself, Saotome, or you just might wet yourself. You and the soul of the girl might be still connected."

"Meaning?!"

"You might know each other in this life. How do you think they're going to feel about you messing up their current life as well."

Ranma lost the solid ground he had been standing on. But, he frowned, and turned on the tap. He had only one wish. "It's already done!" And he splashed himself!

Instantly the redhaired girl appeared next to him. Naked!

"What?? What?! What!? Ranma!! Vile, degenerate sorcerer!!!" And the girl without Kuno's voice reached for a sword that wasn't there.
