You add, "Let me introduce you to Bay Qing. She's going to be your helper. I hired her with my own money."

"Is she my replacement?"

"No, she will be your helper. If you've make the odd error, she'll help correct it."

"It's either her, or I take it to your grandfather who will likely send you to the salt mines for a year or two, if not fire you. My way, you keep your cushy position, get to do thing like go on Twitter, and maybe get some expertise."

"Okay." she says, uncertain.

"But there is a cost."

You go over to the office door and lock it. Bay Qing knowingly moves to the door and stands in place to insure that no one unlocks it. She knows what's going to happen and she's not the least bit bothered: horny boss, bimbo secretary, and she having a chance to demonstrate her non-sexual skills.
