Wth all the Good things he was doing and as a Lestrange, the Ministry of Magic, after a good two dozen bribes, three Blackmails, and Two Assassinations was prepared to grant some of the Lestrange Family Territory back. Drewyn also used his deeds to leverage some Monetary Compensation which he would use to repair the Lestrange Family Manor, and while it would have been simpler to create the Money out of thin air himsslf like had at first, He wanted to stidk it to the Ministry of Magic by using their Money to repair and regain what they had taken away from the Lestrange Family.

Afterall were it not for the Glamour Charm he had placed on the House, it would have looked exactly like it really was: A shithole! So he used Ministry Money to hire labourers rather than magically Make it, this would drain the Ministry's Funds before Voldemort took it over.

Once the vast majority of the House was done, Drewyn invited Ginny to Stay with him for the remainder of the School Break. So that they and the other Gryffindor's could practice their Quidditch on the all-new Quidditch Stadium he had built. He also Made it so that this Stadium would be near Hogwarts, but the only to get in would be through the Main entrance on Lestrange Family Grounds. One of the very few things he actually did magically was make a Big Botanic Garden of every Flower in the world, and that wasn't just the Muggle World it was both the Muggle and Wizarding World's many flowers and plants.

Anyways this would allow them to gain an edge over their Competition in future matches. Of course he **** everyone to undergo an Unbreakable Vow to keep this edge quiet to anyone who wasn't in Gryffindor or Ravenclaw, and while it would be next to impossible to make an unbreakable Vow with everyone who was a past, present and future Team member who went to someone else who was or wasn't and blabbed about it, he made the very words of speaking it were enchanted. That way it saved time and effort of forcing an annoyingly large amount of gossipers to make an Unbreakable Vow to keep it quiet.

However like all establishments it had a list of Non-Desirable's whose entry was denied unless they had written permission saying otherwise from him with his Magical Signature. It was a Blacklist in other words, and the main people who were blacklisted were Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy, and Draco was only allowed because he was Slytherin's Seeker. Among others were The Entire Black and Gaunt Family Trees, and the Majority of Ex-**** Eaters and their close Family Relatives, Snape being the exception.

On the Last side note he spent a Month at the Beauxbatons Academy of Magic in France where he made the acquaintance and gained the Affection of the Delacour Girls, Fleur and Gabrielle. This could and most likely would prove useful latr on in the Triwizard Tournament and Yule Ball.
