A lot of things, and not all of them pleasant

Izuron had gotten quite the earful from Naruko, Ino, Sakura, Tenten, Hinata, Hanabi, AND Especially Kushina and his Mother. He expected an earful but not as big as the one he got. The worst part was the Rumors Kiba Started, One was he got A Foreign Kunoichi Pregga's, and after he left her high and dry, she stuck him with the Baby, another was that he Slept with a Kage's Wife and got hung out to dry until she gave birth, the first one was worse in his opinion.

But he knew there was worse to come, if and when Temari found out, she'd come to the village just to kick his Ass.

Anyways today he was Walking around with a Pram, buying Some stuff to feed the Child. He had been watched as if he was a damned terrorist by half the Kunoichi in the Village. He was also wearing a Cast, Temari Had come all the way to the village just to break his right arm. So he was on Medical Leave at the moment, When he heard Fugaku wanted to arrest her, but Izuron knew that would end badly, and talked his uncle down. His mother had made so that Aki and Naruko could help him out, The two of them had spent the last week trying to get him to tell them the Mother's name. But as today was his last day of healing, he had to prepare for the Up-and-coming Chūnin Exams.

But lately Izuron had been thinking it would be nice to give his son a mother, and so he asked the one person he knew would be perfect for the role.
