The Pale Shade

There where a few Gru on the crumbling stone bridge on the way to the Gates, in fact there was even a little Bonfire in a tiny structure before the Gates themselves, "That's useful!" you said happily allowing your bolt wound and fatigue to pass at the bonfire, you followed the thin stone ramp downward to the massive Stone Gates which where promptly open, You where swelled with relief to see that pure sight, those barriers where out of your way, you proudly strode through them making your way forward.

you travelled forward encountering little issue, passing a small graveyard filled path, with blades placed respectfully in front of them. As you walked forth the path carried on up a hill through the heavily condensed forest up to a wide open path, Dead trees reached out ominously as the dark area emanated Darkness, plus you could spot several Gru ahead, "Shit, this is gonna suck!" you said getting ready to rush them. Two shadowy figures flew past you at breakneck speed , you barely had any time to react as they charged at the Gru and began to seamlessly slay them with their Black Swords.

They where in Dark Grey Arms shrouded in Black Cloth, they stood a good couple heads taller than any average person, they quickly slew the Gru with little mercy or thought, that was when they turned their attention to you, "OOOoooooh fuck" they began to slow walk to you, their wide Blade short-swords held by there sides. as they drew closer you knew that it would be difficult, especially because there was two of them, but you could do it.

You raised you shield and readied you Blade, "Let's do this!" the Dark Knights rushed at you and began to battle you, managing to find them off rather easily you parried one of them and then landed a neat slash on the Other, they fell back circling you carefully, and as one was about to charge, a Blade suddenly made its way through the Dark Knights Chest, killing the Strange Warrior instantly.

In slight shock you stared awkwardly at your very much New Ally, he was adored in a bright white Cloth, and wore a Golden mask, he looked over to you and nodded, you nodded back gratefully, but both of you seemed to remember that one more foe stood before you; as he flew at the Brightly robed warrior, You dashed forward, two handing your blade and Slashing then Dark Warriors sword arm right off before it could strike, followed by a heavy strike which cleaved the Dark Knights head off, his corpse fell to the ground.

You looked to the White warrior, who made his way over to you, you extended a hand to greet him, but he strangely kneeled at your feet, "it is an Honour... Our Lord." you sighed "Its good to know that it isn't just Yuria that does that Official bullshit..." you extended a hand to help him up, he paused confused fr a moment but took it, rising up "...I am Ash, and you are..." he paused again, "I am Called the Pale Shade... M'lord." he seemed very strange, though you somehow knew he only meant to be polite.

"My Gut tells me that the Abyss watchers are just in that Keep their..." he nodded "That is correct Our Lord, though a Bonfire burns just over their should you need rest before the fight..." you nodded "Take me to it then; Pale Shade."
