Downtown

You pack a backpack with supplies and head downtown during lunch hour. You look for a nice target to play with when you spot a pretty brunette.

She is having a bowl of pho noodles at a sidewalk cafe and having a pleasant conversation on her phone. You stop time and walk up to her. The first thing you to is take her silky brunette hair down from the bun on the back of her head and run your fingers through it. When your are finished, her hair is sticking out in every direction. You life her up and remove her black lace panties. You sniff them, inhaling her scent deeply before shoving them down into her bowl of noodles. You unbutton her blouse all of the way then take a pair of scissors from your backpack and cutting the straps of her black lacy bra from her shoulders then cutting the bra all the way through between the cups.
