Pirates and Asteroids and Rivals, oh my!

"Come about mark four-seven-nine, and fire when ready then withdraw at your leisure lieutenant", said the woman in the captains chair who much to your surprise was Elise, excepted clean and combed and in the captains uniform. In fact as you looked around you noticed the bridged crew was the same Crew as Elise's crew, guess Rin still holds these people dear despite Elise's betrayal, or perhaps their the best representatives to their appropriate roles in this dream of hers.

"Aye, Aye, Captain", said the familier voice of none other than Rin, seated at the Navigation/Helm Console, with the same brave determined face you saw back when she stood up to Elise and joined you into Targs Ship.

"A Space Battle against pirates in a asteroid field? How Adorable," said Valor looking on this whole situation in fascinated amusement.

You looked back to the view screen and sure enough that whats was happening. You start to feel uncomfortable and out of place in this bridge.

"Should we...?", you look to your companion for advice or confirmation of what to do.

"Stay right here and enjoy the show as Rin plays out her fantasy to distract her thoughts from the trouble she's been through, or were you thinking of getting her attention and ruining the moment and risk putting her in shock?", he asked rather sarcastically. "My Dear, their are some things that a thief like you should never steal, such as a persons dreams."

Your felt a bit offended at that last remark, but conceded he had a point. Let Rin have her moment.

So the two of you stood back and watched as the crew worked like a well oiled machine with Rin Flying the ship within the asteroid belt, turning the hazardous zone into a asset to them and a liability to the pirates. Performing hit and runs and feint maneuvers that you found rather mystifying even though you knowledge of spacecraft and propulsion are alien to you.

"My, my, this girl would make an excellent pilot for one of my ships in my Armada", you heard Valeran mused to himself, clearly impressed.

"We got them right where we want them!" Exclaimed Captain Elise. "Ready all weapons and fire on my mark.

"Weapons Ready", said the security crewmen

"Fire!" The captain ordered.

What happened next was an impressive light show as lasers and torpedoes flew away from the screen and hit the pirate ship which exploded into a ball of light and fire. There was a resounding cheer from the room at the sight in celebration, even the captain looked with a fierce yet pleased look you remember. Your trying hard to not get too distracted in this moment in order to focus on Rin.

You decided now was a good time as any to reach for Rin and get her attention. As you moved ahead you noticed Valoran didn't follow or try to stop you.

As you moved forward, Rin turned around and noticed you there and was frozen in shock.

"Val...? What? How?", she asked

"It's okay, it's all fine, it's still a bit crazy but the important thing is i'm fine and your fine", you say trying to calm her. "Our rescuer simply gave us the chance to share our dreams, that's why I'm here, to get you back. Look I'm sure when we wake up we'll have a lot of questions and I'm sure our new host will be able to answer most of them. I know we just met, but you stood by me, so wherever this leads, I'll stand by you, got it"

Rin was still confused, but certainly felt more at ease with you, so much so that to your surprise she leaped at you and grasped you into a hug. You barely had time to take in the feel of her boobs in her tight suit rubbed against yours when suddenly the world around you both flashed and distorted until it all went black.
