As soon as Chōji impacts the wall naruto uses shadow clone jutsu to create a clone to throw him at Chōji. once naruto clone threw him at Chōji. He punched choji in the head knocking him out.

Seeing the end of the match, the judges nodded to the proctor before he turned and yelled "The winner of this fight is Naruto Uzumaki".
