She changes Anna's diaper.

Elsa beamed at her two babies, finding the sight too cute for words as she gently lowered the bars of the crib. She placed her hands over the front of their groins, getting a feel for their infantile undergarments, finding both warm and swollen.

Anna's snoring stopped as she slowly opened her eyes, having felt the nudge from her big sister.

"Mhmm… Elsa?" She asked, still drowsy.

"It looks like my baby girl had a really good nap. But during her nap, someone went and had an accident."

Elsa placed an arm under Anna's legs and another behind her back as she effortlessly brought her to the changing table. She unclipped the front of Anna's onsie and hiked it up, revealing the flowery-patterns stained yellow with pee. She undid the straps of the diaper and lifted Anna by the back of her knees into the air, wiping her and replacing the diaper with a brand new one. She rubbed Anna's thighs and bottom with a sweet-scented baby-oil and powdered it before closing the diaper and clipping her onsie back into place.
