Bastian had forgotten. Forgotten Fantasia, forgotten his adventures, and forgotten her.

She had refused to believe it for so long, but now the evidence undeniable.

Yet what was worse was that Bastian miserable.

If he had forgotten she had believed she would be able to take some pleasure in seeing Bastian had at least found happiness in his own world.

But he hadn't, Bastian was a shell of what he once was, destroyed by personal tragedy.
