" let me phone the front desk at the apartment and they will let you in when you arrive. I will be home later and we can go out for dinner " dad says

You pull up in front of the large apartment building, your little old car looks out of place compared to the SUVs and luxury sedans.

The valet greets you, you tell them who you are. They grab your bags and suitcases. As you follow them to the front desk.

You are handed you own key card for entry into the apartment and attached parking garage. You follow the staff to the elevator.

" have you been to your fathers new place yet ? " the bellhop asks, during elevator ride.

" no, no not his new one yet " you reply

" you will love the view of the city " just then the bell rings and elevator stops on the 35th floor. The doors open and you exit to follow him down the hall.

You slide your key card in the door and enter. The bellhop places your bags down, you reach in your pocket and pull out a few wrinkled ones for a tip. He grabs them an exits.
