A self insert.

It's been three days since you've woken up in a hospital bed only to discover that you were no longer in your own world but some how you were transported into the Mass Effect universe. At first you were a little freaked out, I mean who wouldn't be after finding themselves in a fictional universe. For the first day you just sat there in bed and went through all of the things that were found on you when you were brought into the hospital. Looking through your pants you found your ID which claimed that you were John Sheppard the brother of Jane Sheppard the hero of the citadel and the one who stopped Saren and his army of Geth.

After discovering that, you looked into a mirror and saw that you looked like an exact copy of the generic male Sheppard from the mass Effect game. Doing a little more digging you found out that you were in the hospital due to protecting your sister from a geth ambush.

It was on your second day though that changed everything, that was the day you discovered that you were gifted with the power of universal acceptance. When you discovered your new power you couldn't wait until your sister came to visit, That day finally came on your third day and now standing in front of you was your sister Jane and you couldn't wait to get her to do whatever you wanted her to do.
