She explores the boathouse

The boathouse was covered in darkness, and Lara had to feel her way through the darkness.

There were several shelves along the walls, containing machine parts and similar things, but little that could be of use to Lara.

The jetty that she was walking was wet and slippery, and Lara had to use caution in order not to slip and fall, creating noises that would surely gain the guards attentions.
She felt something tube-like lying on one of the shelves, and to her great relief, her suspicions turned out to be correct, it was a flashlight.

Squatting down, Lara lit the flashlight and examined the boathouse, as the light revealed its contents.

Except for the shelves and the jetty, there was a boat resting in the water, equipped with an outboard motor, the craft seemed big enough to carry about a dozen people.
What more, there was a second door inside the boathouse, leading inwards, to the courtyard, perhaps Lara should use that door?

It was not something that she felt too enthusiastic about however, she was armed only with a shotgun, two shells loaded and the rest of her ammo on the other side of the locked door, along with all her clothing, save for her boots, not a comfortable
situation.

Her ponderings were disturbed by a sound from inside the courtyard, someone was moving alongside the boathouse!

Quickly killing the light, Lara sprung towards the wall, hoping to press herself against
and cover herself in the darkness, so that the lurker outside would not spot her.
She got up to fast however, and slipped on the wet wooden boards of the jetty, plunging into the water with a loud splash.

"Damn!" Lara cursed her clumsiness as she got her head up above the surface, that would surely gain attention, and even worse, she had dropped her gun as she hit the water, letting it sink to the bottom.

The door creaked as someone pushed the handle down and opened it carefully, Lara could hear steps as the same person entered the boathouse, silent and carefully.
Whoever it was, he seemed not to have alerted anybody else however, as the rest of the estate stayed silent.

Hiding herself under the jetty, only her head above the surface, the rest of her naked body in water, Lara came to the conclusion that she had to either take him out, or manage to swim out of the boathouse, there had been a gate in front of the boat, did it go all the way down to the riverbed?

Moving slowly through the water, her head below the surface, Lara could soon establish that yes, the gate reached below the water, all the way down to the riverbed, she would have to fight her way out.

Lara positioned herself and waited till the guard walked right over her, placed her arms on the edge of the jetty, and swung up on the jetty, producing hardly a sound.
Without remorse, she kicked the guard in the back, sending him forwards, and then contiued her **** on him.

The guard, meanwhile, realized that he was under attack, and prepared to fight back as the naked, lithe, nubile young woman came flying towards him, knowing damn well what he would do first when he'd managed to defeat that little cunt.
