Joining Freedom

Well, you do like the sound of getting all the rewards from a job you take on as you hear most normal guilds take a cut from their mage's jobs. Plus this guild seemed perfect if you wanted to show all the idiots that your magic is not childish as Mr.Dirt put it your magic could one day become godly. With such promises, you decide there and then to join the dark guild Freedom making Mr Dirt answer.

"Ah, a wise choice my friend. Now before we go home would you tell me you name Mr?"

"Morgan Dragunov" you introduce yourself giving your new boss a quick smile before suddenly with a wave of his right hand you and Mr Dirt are swallowed whole by a huge shadow that pops out from below you both.

For a moment everything goes dark almost as if you've entered a dark tunnel only to suddenly find yourself no longer in the ghostly pub with Mr. Dirt beside you but now standing in a grand theatre.

Gazing around your surroundings in awe you see this place look very well kept as the large wooden stage shined, the red curtain hiding whatever is behind the stage looks bright as ever and all around you could see theatre seats some facing the stage while other seem to have removed and placed around tables near the back of the theatre.

"Where are we?" You ask following Mr.Dirt as he leads to a small bar right at the back of the theatre beside a large shiny oak door with its window blacked out. In his posh English tone, Mr.Dirt explains that you now stand in the once royal theatre of the king before his highness decided to build another inside his castle like most rich people do. As such it is now the home of the dark guild of freedom where freedom mages come to find work and also enjoy a range of other activities which you would find out about soon enough.

You had to admit you'd never think a dark guild would make its home in an old theatre although you did have to wonder where the other mages of freedom where?

"Oh if you wonder why it's so dead around here you'll find your fellow mage do love their work and are only really here to hand in their complete job or enjoy the other activities freedom offers them. "

Somehow, you don't know how, your new boss answers your unspoken question as he pours himself a glass of red wine, before asking you whether you'd also like one.

You shake you head as really you just want to get on with being a dark mage. However, your boss seems to have another offer for you as coming around the bar he says.

"Now Morgan I understand you may be eager to start your life as a dark mage, most are, but before you do I want to offer you a tour of this perfect place as it will your place of work from now on. But I understand if you would like to start right, as such I have three contracts on the bar just to get you started, you understand. After you've completed one of them then your next job you can pick from our wider range of jobs."

More choices and more tempting offers huh, You wonder if all new dark mage go through such a strange introduction to their guild? Still with this choice of either having a tour of your new workplace or taking your first job as a dark mage you decide too....
