You sit in the comfortable chair near her desk and wait for her to proceed. She says, "I realize the Process is new to you and all and I don't want to rush you into anything, but I was wondering if you would consider joining the cheerleading squad. I think you'd be a great addition and we'd love to have you. You seem to have all the skills we look for and, let's face it, you're already very pretty.
