Chapter 6 by Anonymous51 Anonymous51

So, is Angela interested in you now?

No, She's Not Even Goth Now

You approach the cashier's counter, but are stunned by what you see. Angela is different. She's ... normal. Well, what would have been normal before. Long natural blond hair frames her tanned face, devoid of any piercings or dark make-up; her clothing is white and pink and kind of looks like something a typical girlie-girl would wear. Angela isn't like that. She has an attitude. She's not the giggly good-natured type. But it seems she is now.

"Angela?" you ask.

She looks up from something she's reading and smacks on some gum she's chewing. "Yeah, mister?" she asks timidly, totally opposite of the take-no-shit bad attitude she had before. "You ready to check out?" She looks over the counter and sees that you don't have any video cases with you. "What do you want, hun?" she asks. She seems like just a normal girl now. Not gothic in the slightest. She's pretty, sure, but knowing what she was before and how that is what you want and now that version of her is gone, you're no longer interested in her.

It isn't supposed to be this way, right? Isn't everyone supposed to be Goth now? Being Goth is the norm, so ...

But then realization comes to you. Goth is the norm. And Angela was always against the norm. It was one of the reasons she was Goth in the old reality. If Goth is the norm now, then she would be as un-Goth as possible. That's why she's like this now. You feel so depressed. One of the main reasons, you chose this change for the world was because of Angela. Now what are you going to do?

So what now?
