You ask her out

"Here we are Ivie. Have a good stay here," you tell her, beginning to walk out of the room when you see Ivelisse placing her bags on the floor, thinking things were over between the two of you for now.

"You know John...I'm not busy at the moment and I'm not with anyone, either here or period, so if you want to see me again, all you have to do is ask," Ivelisse says to you, stopping you in your tracks when you hear the words come out of her mouth.

"I would love that. How about we go get some dinner down the street when my shift ends?" you tell her, still caught off-guard by how willing she seems to be to make things more personal between the two of you.

"I think I know of the place. I accept. Looks like you have yourself a hot date for the night John," she teases you as you stand in the doorway of her room, not sure what to do next.

"Later. Don't keep me waiting," she tells you as she comes over to you and blows a kiss to you, closing the door to her room as you turn to go.

By the time you got back to the front desk, you were just hoping to be able to concentrate on your tasks until your shift ended.

But all of your thoughts of being alone with Ivelisse were proving to make that difficult.
