Ant-man, Mockingbird, hellcat and Captain America

Once Jarvis confirmed all the attackers had been defeated, the AI butler shut down the alarm but left the mansion on lockdown. Tony ordered all of the Avengers to gather to asses who had all been victimized. What he was left him dejected.
Hellcat and Mockingbird both had swollen bellies, just like Wasp. You couldn’t see it about Hank or Steve’s posture, but the both of them admitted they had been infected by the bugs as well.
“Dammit,” Tony thought. “That’s 6 of the Avengers.”

Thor had not been such an easy target.

The Asgardian warrior proved too difficult for the bugs to take on. Apparently he too had one of the bug tails shoved in his mouth, but he just pulled it out like it was nothing. Then he squished the bug underneath his foot.

Crystal got woken up by the alarm just as the bug made a move on her.

She was able to summon a **** field and hide behind it, then she set the bug on fire. When she heard loud noises coming from Bruce’s room, she went to check it out. Instead of Bruce, she found the Hulk swinging at his furniture.

There was a bug there too, shrunk down to tiny size and Hulk was unable to get it. Then the bug switched target and attacked Crystal. He managed to jump on her café and grew normal size. Crystal however just put her hands on the bug and froze it solid, then asked hulk to help her get it off her face.

Pietro was one of the lucky ones, no bugs visited him.

He did however rush to his sister’s room. There he found Wanda with a bug tail in her mouth as she was being ****.

With his speed powers he managed to generate enough kinetic **** to cut the bug’s tail. He then pulled the lifeless tail from his sister’s mouth, picked up the bugs still living torso and smashed it against a wall. With the bug’s shattered remains all over he checked up on his sister, only to find all will to fight back had left her. Like she had become completely submissive.
Pietro then rushed to Black widow’s room and found a Natasha glued to the floor with one hand over her face. She tried her best to keep the bug off her but she wouldn’t last long. Pietro helped her deal with it, then left her glued to the floor as he went back to Wanda to check on her.
No new bugs at his sister’s room, good. Then he rushed over to Falcon. Sam had already been **** as well and the bug who did it was pulling at his pants. Pietro destroyed that bug then went back to Black widow and see if she was still safe.
It was around that time Jarvis shut down the alarm and announced to everyone the threat had been taken care of.

About an hour or so later the Avengers had all gathered. Some of the infected were still suffering from having been ****.
“How do you explain this, Tony.” Pietro demanded. “I get you wanted to help Janet, but you should have been better prepared.”
“The last five days I searched all the information that was available on these creatures.” Tony defended himself. “None of them suggested they could shrink or use adhesive saliva.”
“Then you sources clearly were wrong!” Pietro yelled.
“Or maybe the bugs simply changed.” Bruce interjected.
Everyone turned his head at the scientist wearing the ripped boxers.
“Diseased evolve and mutate all the time. Take a look at the flue.” Bruce explained. “Every year it is a slightly different strain, requiring us to update our medicine.”
“So you’re telling us we should treat these like a disease?” Hawkeye asked.
“What do you mean, should?” Mockingbird replies. “It just jumped from one to six overnight. That sounds to me like an infection which is spreading. Yes, it’s a disease.”
Suddenly Jarvis interrupted the discussion and said, “Sorry for the interruption, Sir. But Miss Frost is at the door.”
“What is she doing here?” Pietro asked.
“Ugh,” Tony sighed. “When we were under attack I didn’t know how many there were. So after I activated the alarm to warn all of you, I send a distress signal to the X-men.”
Tony stood up and excused himself saying, “I’ll go talk to her.”

Tony opened the bulkhead to the front door and came face to face with Emma Frost. Before he could say anything she asked, “What attacked you?”
As Tony formulated a sentence about the Hylax and managed to get into the Avengers mansion Emma suddenly interrupted him and asked, “How did they get in?”
That question made him think of Janet and Bruce’s suggestion the bugs might be evolving.
“How many of the Avengers have been affected?” Emma asked again.
“Wait a minute.” Tony thought, “Are you reading my …”
“Time is of the essence, Tony.” Emma answered. “This goes faster.”
Tony crosses his arms, keeps his mouth closed and thins. “You know I hate it when you do that.”
“Tch, spare me.” Emma said.
Tony gave up, there’s no point getting through to her when she’s in attack mode.
Suddenly Emma was getting angry somehow.
He just hoped he wouldn’t accidentally check her out while she was reading his mind like this.
“Don’t bother.” Emma said. “That was in fact the very first thing I read in your mind and I don’t give a damn. Now tell me who got infected.”
“Janet, for a second time.” Tony said, unawares it was actually her third time already.
“Hank too,” He continued. “They were sleeping in the same bed. Then Mocking bird, hellcat, captain and … me.”
“You told me the bugs only went after women.” Emma noticed.
“Yeah, that’s what the reports told me. Like they told me the bugs required 7 days to mature. Turns out my info is wrong on both accounts.”
Emma cocked her head and asked, “Do you still need help?”
“No,” Tony replied, “We’ve got things under control. Where are the other X-men, by the way.”
“Spread around your mansion.” Emma said. “In case anything escapes anywhere we’d be able to strike at a moment’s notice.”
“Right. Thanks for replying to the distress call. I apologize for making you come all the way here.”
“Just find out how to deal with the infection, Stark.” Emma said. “I’ve got three mutants who got infected. They need help as soon as possible. You best start perfecting that procedure as soon as possible, you hear.”
With that Emma turned around and stormed off. Only when Tony closed the door did he realize she read the operation he and Bruce suggested to Janet yesterday from his mind.
