Jubilee helps keep it a secret

Day 1

Tabitha sat on a bed in a rundown hotel room. She felt depressed and occasionally looked down to her swollen belly. How could she have even thought of trying to keep it a secret from Jubilee? “All right.” Jubilee replied while she stashed the food supplies she bought for her friend. “Good thing the professor and Miss Frost aren’t around. Otherwise they might have checked in on you by using Cerebra.”
“Yeah.” Tabitha replied again, feeling rather defeated.
“Jubes,” Tabitha said. “Thank you for helping. I don’t think I’d manage facing the other X-men like this.”
Jubilee sat down next to Tabitha on the bed and said, “Personally, I still think you should let one of the teachers know. Cyclops or McCoy for example. You do know Beast is a doctor, right?”
Tabitha threw up her hands and said, “Oh yeah. Hello doc, I’ve just been **** by a giant bug and am carrying it’s children. Mind having a look?”
“All I’m saying is I don’t know of any bugs like these having been seen before on earth. Maybe they are alien. The Shi’ar might know something about them.
“I get what you’re saying, Jubes. I really do. I just don’t feel comfortable about it. I guess I’m still reeling from the shock. Maybe, after a few days, when I’m ready to come out with it, I’ll go tell Doctor McCoy.”
“Right.” Jubilee replied. “In the meantime, I’ll make sure I keep your secret.”
Jubilee then gave Tabitha a hug.
Tabitha hugged Jubilee back and said, “You’re a real friend, Jubes.”

Day 2

Tabitha started feeling slightly horny at the start of the day. Just how much of a slut was she really. Feeling horny a few days after having been ****. This is the least inappropriate time to feel horny at all.

After having eaten dinner Tabitha turned on the television. She wanted to see what was on the news.
A previous story had just ended and the camera switched to the news anchor for the next story.
“Recently, a large number of women in New York City have been coming forward with allegations of having been ****, not by humans, but large insects.”
When Tabitha heard this, she was glued to the screen. Never before had she been so interested in the news as right now.
The camera switched to show a hospital waiting room full of women, both young and old, with slightly swollen bellies.
“By now there are about several hundreds of women each with a similar story. During the night, they were visited by one or more large green bugs, had their clothes torn from their bodies. They were then **** resulting in them becoming pregnant.”
As the camera switched back to the studio, Tabitha absentmindedly placed a hand on her own belly and started gently caressing it.
“With us in the studio we now have senator Robert Eduard Kelly.”
The camera zoomed out to show both the news anchor and the senator.
“Thank you for being with us today, senator.”
“Thank you too, it’s a pleasure to be here.” Senator Kelly replied.
Tabitha squinted her eyes when she saw that asshole. She never liked that mutant-hating bastard.
“In my opinion this is just another excuse for people to get abortions.” The senator said. “I mean, just think about it. Youngsters these days have no longer respect for the sanctity of marriage. So they start having premarital sex and end up getting pregnant.”
“And you believe this is a conspiracy?”
The senator shrugged and said, “How else do you explain an outrageous bug **** story such like this.”
Tabitha turned the TV off. She already couldn’t stand Senator Kelly and now he makes a disgusting accusation like this. She felt dirty having just heard him, she needed to take a shower.

After Tabitha had taken off her clothes she took a look at herself in the mirror. Before that day she had never even thought about having children. Now she looked like a baby was growing inside her. Or several maybe. Did bugs even have babies? Sigh, she should have paid more attention in biology class.
