"I think I was being too hasty." Valerie replied. "Maybe just a little longer to actually enjoy this place?"

Valerie's eyes shot open, and she found herself staring at her bedroom ceiling. She blinked a few times, just to be sure, then hesitantly tried to move. She sat up in her bed without any trouble, then swung her feet over the edge.
