Reunited with old friends

John and his team tracked the scent of the Suna ninja all over the village, apparently they got around pretty fast for such a strange group. "Kiba, are you two sure we're going in the right direction? We followed this trail for the last half hour and so far we haven't seen them yet!", Ino complained, getting a grin from Kiba

"Oh yeah, they're close, I can almost taste them. Don't worry you guys, tracking is something my clan prides itself on as one of our specialties," Kiba said as he looked back he noticed John was gone "hey where did John go"

Shortly there after saying this they heard the sounds of a struggle. Turning the corner of the street, they saw the fan wielding girl watching as her makeup-covered teammate held a kid by his scarf. "You are really starting to bug me, kid!", the Suna ninja growled as the boy struggled.

they knew they had to step in, mostly because he was a kid. Ino was wishing John was here to have this end quick

"Hey, who are you?", the makeup-covered suna ninja asked rudely.

"they are my friends Kankurō. But I wouldn't keep doing that to the Konohomaru there. See, he's the grandson of the third Hokage and unless you want to be kicked out of the exam and maybe worse, I'd put him down.", John warned him as he jumped down from a tree behind Kankurō. Clenching his teeth in frustration, the Kankurō complied and set the him back on his feet.

The very moment his feet touched the ground, Konohomaru rushed over to Ino before sticking his tongue out at the Kankurō. "That brat's getting on my nerves again!", the he said,

but his sister apparently had other idea's as she smacked the back of his head. "No Kankuro, we're going back to the hotel now!", the girl demanded and grudgingly he listened.

"Yeah yeah, I get it, you got lucky, punk that my Sister and John were hear to save you!", he said as he turned to walk away.

Shaking her head, the girl turned her attention to John group. "Hey, sorry about my idiot brother, his temper gets the best of him at times.", the girl said, making John wave it off. "No harm done Temari. I know how he gets Ino Yamanaka and Kiba Inuzuka. ", he asked after introducing them.

Temari introduced herself to the group"My name is Temari Nara and my idiot brother, as you heard John said, is Kankuro." she said with a smile.

"Temari how do you know John" Ino asked

"that's easy John probably told you that he lived in the sand village before he came back her right" Temari says as she walks over to John. Ino and sakura both shake there head yes "well while he was there he lived with us" Temari grinned and kisses John on the cheek

"Gaar you can come out from behind the fence", John said

"you where always aware of your surroundings John" Gaar says stepping out well sense you know i'm hear now i'll leave" gaar walks away

Temari was silent for a moment until gaar was gone. " Please all of you do me a favor: Stay away from him!", Temari said before looking back at them with a serious face. "He won't hesitate to kill you.", Temari warned before walking off,

making the group of leaf ninja look at each other. "Well now, that's informative.", Kiba said, breaking the silence.

"At least we know one thing, the guy with the red hair seems to scare his brother and sister for some reason, and I'm guessing there's a reason behind that. and he seems to be afraid of John", Ino said like gossip.

"thanks John, that was amazing!", Konohomarucheered, getting the Genins attention as he looked at him with the biggest grin ever,

"Eh that was nothing, but you should be more careful If we hadn't been here, you wouldn't have gotten off so easy.", John told Konohomaru

"Hey John was that girl that your girlfriend there?" Konohomaru asked

"no she not she's just a friend", John told Konohomaru

"He is with someone else, but when she finds out he was hitting on a foreign ninja, she won't be warming his bed anytime soon!", Kiba said laughingly only to receive a punch from Ino and Sakura

from Ino and Sakura stood over the now laid out boy angrily. "You shut your mouth, dog-breath!"

"i feel Sorry for the guy who dates them" Konohomaru says pointing at Ino and Sakura

"thanks for the sympathy Konohomaru" John says to him "I think you too killed him", said as Konohomaru poked the knocked out kida with a stick, all the while Akamaru was whimpering for his owner to get up.

"Oh, don't be so dramatic. we just shut him up for a bit.", Ino said grinning before looking at Konohomaru. "You're the grandson of the Hokage, right? So you must know where all the ninjas from the other villages are staying, correct?" Ino asked sweetly.

Konohamaru blushed. "no i don't?" the flustered boy said

"dang now what" says Ino

"Thank you, sweetie. Come on John, drag dog breath along. Oh, and if you Keep flirting your house might not fit all the girls you have to fit into it.", sakura whispered the last part so only he heard. Nodding, John went to pick Kiba off the ground only for the boy to give a groan and look around. "Oww, what hit me?", Kiba said in wonder as he finally came to again.

"Never mind that Kiba, we need to find the mist ninja", Ino said as John helped Kiba off the ground and, with Konohomaru waving them off.
