Popping my jacket collar, I met my reflection's gaze. The face-splitting grin not showing signs of leaving my face any time soon.
"Geez, Vortex. I thought you were gonna stop after the sixtieth costume change." Robin heckled me from behind.
"Come on Robin, he had a huge crush on Ruby for years." Aron said.
'I was that obvious?' I almost shouted out in shock. This entire time I thought I kept my crush on Ruby well guarded. After Team RAVN formed, Robin thought it was best that we review the publicized videos of Initiation. Robin 'suggested' I review Niko's footage. The most noteworthy thing for the first part was how much I laughed. But than Ruby fell from a Nevermore and I started focusing on her. Ruby just amazed me as she led what would become Team RWBY against the Nevermore, finally ending with her literally decapitating the enormous Grimm with a flurry of rose petals. Later, I tried to ask her out, though today was the first time I didn't chicken out. Deciding to rush out before my team killed me from embarrassment, I started walking to Team RWBY's room. It didn't take long for me to reach their room. After one last personal check, I knocked on the door. Almost immediately, the door gave away.
