Merged from the beginning

We have entered a world where the superbeings of the two major comics (and possibly some of the more independant names) have merged with each other from the beginning of time. Heroes have learned to live with each other and with the villains of the world.

The earth of this world is bigger to handle the combined lands of the worlds. And the histories have been blended so that they could fit each other. How is this world different from the main worlds?

Do the Fantastic Four, X-teams, Avengers, Justice League, Justice Society and Teen Titans exist as they are know or are they different? Mergered or splintered? What about the villainious groups?

How do the heroes deal with villians that originated in another world? How do they affect that?

More importantly, What is their lovelife like?
