Go with her

"I'm in." You're not passing up the opportunity to take out Johnson after you let him slip through your grasp last time.

"Good." Wonder Woman gives you the coordinates and you agree to meet her there. Power Girl assures the two of you that she's fine, so you leave her behind as she searches for something to cover up her tattered outfit. Once outside, Wonder Woman takes flight and you retrieve your stashed motorcycle. You're a little relieved to be alone in transit as Wonder Woman's attitude was grating on you. It's understandable to be a little embarrassed about what happened, but there's no need to be all pompous and bitchy.

The base is not too far away and in short order you arrive and stash your bike a ways down the road from the warehouse. That's when you see Wonder Woman touch down right at the front door, with no attempt at stealth. Damnit. You hop back on the bike and close the distance in a hurry, arriving at the loading bay door just as Wonder Woman peels it open. She steps inside and you jump in after her. "Might want to tread a little more lightly," you say to her.

Several spotlights illuminate, shining directly at you from the catwalk above. Too late. "Welcome, Wonder Woman and... Shad is that you?" a familiar voice greets you as a man in a white suit steps into view. "Nice to see you again. How's Supergirl?"

"She's fine, Johnson."

"Good Good. You don't happen to think she would give me a tissue and blood sample. You know, for science."

"Don't hold your breath."

"Ah well. It's so much better when your test subjects don't go running off. Anyways, since you are here and my men are not, I assume you intercepted them. Or do you have a pile of gold in an invisible plane parked out back for me?"

"Enough with this nonsense!" interjects Wonder Woman. "Dr. Johnson, you are coming with us to answer for your crimes. Tell your people to stand down, or we will be **** to act with ****."

"<Gasp> Such demands! Here I have been nothing but a gracious host while you have damaged my property and threatened my employees. I do believe it is within my rights to defend myself from you trespassers. Gentlemen..." With that, gunfire opens up and you have to quickly scramble to avoid being hit. Wonder Woman, on the other hand, simply deflects bullets with her bracelets while marching forward toward Johnson. As you dodge, you notice the bullets hitting the ground around you are disintegrating, like those in Johnson's lab.

"Don't let the bullets hit you! They're poisoned!" you attempt to warn Wonder Woman, but the damage may already be done. Her pace has slowed and she is no longer quick enough to dodge the bullets as some of the shots are hitting her body unblocked. You can't worry too much about her though as you have enough problems of your own. Jumping and twirling, you get yourself up onto the catwalk and take out a couple of the gunners. Ultimately, there are too many of them though and they are able to tackle you to the ground and subdue you. They bind your hands behind your back and bring you back down to the main floor where the gunfire has stopped, but so has Wonder Woman. She is standing a few steps short of Johnson, hands balled into fists at her side with a fierce look on her face.

"I...will NOT...be...defeated!" she says through gritted teeth.

"Milady I do believe it is too late for that. Ah, Shad, welcome back." Johnson says, turning to you. "You will have to tell me how it is you manage to resist my love potion. Maybe you are just horny all the time, so it has no effect?" You attempt to lunge at him, but the guards hold you in place and Johnson get a chuckle out of it. "Now, my partner is here expecting a payment of gold. Instead I have the two of you. So I will let her decide what to do with you." He gestures toward an open door.
