“Well, it's your IUD. All your symptoms come down to that.” he begins. “I'm afraid it will have to come out. Now I know that the pill has no effect on your cycle so there isn't much else we can do.”

“So I have to use a rubber for the rest of my life?” you ask.

“I'm afraid that you will have to.” he replies. “The problem is you are extremely fertile. What works for most women just isn't enough for you.”
