Head for the Gym

You decide to head for the gym. You've never trained seriously before, but better late than never, right? The building is nestled between two fenced off courts of astro turf, one for tennis, and one for football, surrounded by small overgrown hiking trails. You know that there is a path that heads north behind the building. The front gate is locked, and you almost nick yourself in the balls when climbing over the spiky tops.

The glass door is shattered into a million pieces, which crunch under your shoes, but other than that there doesn't seem to be much signs of struggle, no blood or bodies. Perhaps it just got looted some time ago.
