You tell her it's not that, but the fact you're shocked at how pretty she is.

"Aw, you're too nice! Seriously stop it." She stares at you intently, but cracks up a moment later, chuckling playfully. "I'm kidding, don't stop with the compliments, I really like them. Say something else that's nice about me."
