Try apartment No.15

You decide to go up to the door of your neighbour, Martha Whithers. You knock on the door, but you receive no answer. Trying the handle you find that the door is actually unlocked! Now if that's a good thing or a bad thing you don't know.

The apartment is roughly the same as yours, with a small hallway leading into a joint kitchen/living room, and a master bedroom further on. There's a few wooden antiques sitting about, and damaged paintings hang from the wall. It seems as if they've been ripped with claws, by an animal perhaps, but you don't see any other evidence of there being animals here. There's a small bathroom to the left of the entrance. There's a chair that's scattered around in pieces and a brown, old bloodstain on the carpet near the point of impact. Knick-knacks and curios that would normally sit on the mantle lay strewn about and broken. It seemed like there was quite a struggle here. As worrying as this scene is, there's a little touch of comfort that whatever happened here probably happened weeks ago, so whoever the intruder was, most likely is not here anymore. Hopefully.

An alluring scent hangs in the air like mist, almost suffocating, that entices you to go in further into the apartment. You try to crack open a window, but they're stuck shut.
