You take a steadying breath, then reach under the table to take his hand and put it back on your leg.

"Can we go at my pace?" You ask, your voice betraying the excitement you feel in the situation.

"Of course," Goro assured you. "I assure that while I may be something of a 'skirt-chaser,' I am also a gentleman."

You chuckle. "Skirt-chaser?"

"That's how my brother refers to it. Don't let him fool you, he is too. He's just a little less confident about it. In fact, I can tell you right now just from body language that he's got a bit of a thing for your boss," Goro said in a conspiratorial tone.

"Cherilynn?" You chuckle a bit. "Oh trust me, Goro, If he shows any hint of interests she'll pick up on it. She's got a sick sense for that kind of thing."

"Oh? Sounds like this will be an even more interesting week than I hoped. I'm glad to hear it."

He gives your leg a light squeeze, causing you to let out a short breath, but this time you didn't object. In fact it felt kind of nice in a really naughty way. Goro was right. When opportunities come up you should seize on them. It wasn't betrayal. You didn't love Goro, it was just some fun. You realized you wouldn't begrudge James a similar situation. Hmm, maybe it was something to carefully brooch in the near-future. You brought your own hand under the cloth to rest on his thigh.

"Mm, well muscled under there," you say with a smile.

Now it was Goro's turn to take a breath. "My brother and I like to keep fit. Some time I would love to show you the fruits of that effort."

"I'd like that, in time." You look around. "Speaking of, they sure are taking awhile. Do you think-?"

"No, Keiji is way too self-conscious about doing something in a public place," Goro reassured.

"Cherilynn isn't though," you point out.

"...You think we should look for them? I mean the food will be here soon," Goro said, unsure.
