"So, your problem is that you feel terrible because you cheated on a loyal man who's devoted to you. What if your husband wasn't so loyal?" Sarah asks you.

"What if your husband cheated on you? Then you wouldn't feel so bad, and you can rest assured knowing that you're not the only one who could be tempted."
