It was up stream right?

Turning to your left you are pretty sure it said up stream and start walking. The terrain is easy enough, nice and soft earth, and you quickly find an animal path through the overgrowth, and you are soon making pretty good time. “Oh man he said nine hours walk. I have never walked nine hours in a row in my life. I hope I have some food.” Finding a fallen log to use as a bench you set down your pack and inspect it. Inside you find another thong, this one clearly more modern construction as it is very thin soft and hot pink, and a matching bikini top. “I could have worn this swimming.” You say with a little grin as you pull out a coil of rope about 20 or more feet long, at the end of which is a little climbing hook that looks very strong. Next you find a little rolled up piece of white cloth that contains a chunk of bread and two strips of dried meat. “Hard, but it's something.” Next you find a tiny metal box that holds a piece of rock you are sure is flint, you aren't sure how you are sure, but you are, and a bunch of little dry twigs and some strips of cloth. Under this is another little wooden box that has a mirror on the inside of it's lid. It holds a little silver comb, a toothbrush, a little tube of paste, a bar of soap, and some makeup; both pink and black eye shadow, lipstick, gloss, and nail polish, plus a black eye liner. “Huh, I could go all dark just for fun.” Using the mirror you put on the black makeup all over. As you are finishing you can't help but notice your hair is a mop of platinum blonde. “Wait since when am I a platinum blonde?” You can't help but shake your head in amazement.

Finished with the makeup you pack everything back in the bag and get back to the task at hand, a long walk. A couple of hours pass with nothing interesting, so you decide to take a little break and eat. A little looking around finds you a nice big rock to use as a table as well as chair to sit. You go ahead and take off your sandals so you can wet your feet while you eat. It feels so nice, the water is a little cold which is quite refreshing. Once you have finished you climb onto the rock and look around. It seems there is a little creek that feeds into the stream to the right, and the water almost seems to glow a light greenish glow. “Whoa, I wonder what causes that?” Standing on the tips of your toes you can also see a wide area with no trees that you think might be a pool. “Oh I could take a little swim. Hmm, but I better not. I am already behind, I probably shouldn't. But I do have that little bikini.”
