Chapter 23

Who does Savior listen to?
Oracle
Keeping a watchful eye on Gotham, Oracle alerts "special" help to the men and women of the GCPD. Mainly Batman. Though, whether he wants it or not, Oracle provides other heroes to aid Batman. This keeps Oracle and Batman further from forming a close relationship. For them, it's strictly just business.
Savior walks up to the woman, whose wheelchair is fitted with about two small monitors on each armrest. On one monitor, Savior can make out a map of Gotham. On the other monitor, there are multiple camera views of the streets. "On forth and Main, Thorne's thugs are robbing an armored truck." Oracle observes. "I got 'em." Nightwing's voice comes through a speaker by her custom headrest. "Um, Oracle?" Savior says timidly approaching. "I know you're busy, but do you need any help?" Oracle looks surprised. "Sure, but Gotham isn't for upstarts.. Why don't you go talk to J'onn." With that, Oracle resumes her business and leaves Savior, walking away feelings useless.
How does Savior prove herself?
