Remind her that she needs a specimen

"Uh, nurse," you say a bit sheepishly, "I think you said something earlier about needing a specimen."

Orchid looks up thoughtfully and then smiles.

"Ah, yes, I did!" She winks at you as she saunters over to a counter and retrieves a sample jar. You watch her well-rounded hips roll beneath the tight-fitting nurse's uniform.

She rolls a cart next to the bed and places the plastic jar on top of it. She tenderly lowers the blanket covering your body and then gently slides up the hospital gown to expose your flaccid penis.

She retrieves the specimen jar from the cart, unscrews the top, and then hands it to you.

"Just one good batch should do it Lieutenant," she explains, "I'll wait back at the nurse's station so you can have your privacy."

She extends the jar to you but instead of taking it you grab her wrist. There is no way you're about to let her leave this room without some sort of "assistance". You consider what you should demand of her.
