Blackfire!

"...my so-called sister Blackfire."

"Um..."

"I was just going to say," you say, regaining your composure, "What do you mean 'so-called sister?'"

"Oh, you didn't know how it works with Tamaraneans," Starfire asks, "Well, we are not really born. We are produced in a lab and chosen by qualifying adults. Blackfire and I were raised together as sisters, but have no what you call 'blood relation' between us."

"Weird."

"That does make things interesting though," Raven says, "What about her powers? We can't get her to play along like you did."

"There is a rare gem that temporarily nullifies our powers. It is much like Kryptonite for Superman. I keep a small one in my room, just in case I get controlled by an outside ****."

"Alright," you say, "Let's start working on a plan. When will she arrive?"

"Tomorrow."

"Plenty of time then..."

The three of you convince Beast Boy, Robin and Cyborg that the remnants of the Hive Five were planning a heist at a Bank on the other side of town. You need some privacy for what you have planned.

Blackfire arrives and makes herself at home, taking Starfire's bed without asking. She's tired after her long trip, but mostly wants to just use her 'sister's' stuff without asking.

You expected this and set the trap accordingly. The mysterious gem that Starfire talked about was placed inside of her more bulky pillows.

Nervously, you three wait the allotted time that Starfire told you that it would take for the gem to work properly.

You go to her room when the time is right and Raven teleports you three into the room- avoiding the creaking door- and you see the passed out Blackfire. She's wearing her 'sister's' pink bra and panties- just because she can.

Whispering her magic words, Raven hovers Blackfire off of the bed and you move to put the shackles on her. You cuff her wrists and ankles, not needing the third restraint that you used on Starfire (you hope).

She struggles in her sleep as Raven sets her back down again.

"Wake up, sis," Starfire says, "We are going to play Blagn'opf- but I'm in charge this time!"

The Tamaranean stirs, but is confused when she can't move like she should be able to.

"This isn't funny," she says, "What are you three up to?"

"We are going to make you our ****," you say, "And there's nothing you can do about it."

"We took your powers," Raven says, "At least for the time being."

"Oh yeah," Blackfire says angrily, "We'll see about that!"
